TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of the Internet websites located at www.micromaximus.com and blog.micromaximus.com (“MicroMaximus”), which are owned and operated by Falconer Development LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company (“Falconer Development”). By using the information, links, tools, features, and functionality located on MicroMaximus (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you simply browse the MicroMaximus websites) or you are a “User” (which means that you have registered an account with MicroMaximus). If you accept this Agreement, you represent that you have the capacity to be bound by it, or if you are acting on behalf of a company or entity that you have the authority to bind such entity. You may not use the Service and you may not accept this Agreement if you are not of a legal age to form a binding contract with Falconer Development. The term “you” refers to a Visitor or a User. The term “we” refers to Falconer Development.

Your Use of the Service

Your right to access and use MicroMaximus and the Service is personal to you and is not transferable by you to any other person or entity. You are only entitled to access and use MicroMaximus for lawful purposes. Falconer Development may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to accept an account registration by any party. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. You acknowledge that you will not use the Falconer Development data or toolset for any purpose other than stated herein.

Accurate records enable Falconer Development to provide the Service to you. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about your Bank Account(s), as defined below. In order for the Service to function effectively, you must also keep your registration information up to date and accurate. If you do not do this, the accuracy and effectiveness of the Service to you will be affected.
